Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 2024

1. Digital Nature of Services

miCommunity provides digital membership access, software-as-a-service (SaaS) tools, and affiliate marketing resources. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly upon "Purchase Complete," we generally do not offer refunds once access has been granted.

2. Wallet Deposits (Add Funds)

Deposits made to your internal miCommunity wallet via Paystack are non-refundable once the transaction is verified. These funds are intended for internal platform use, including service activations and membership upgrades.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

We value our members and may consider refund requests under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate Transactions: If you were charged twice for the same service due to a technical error.
  • Unactivated Services: If a technical fault on our end prevents you from accessing a purchased service for more than 48 hours.

4. Request Process

To request a review of your transaction, please email support@micommunity19.org with your Transaction Reference ID. Requests must be made within 24 hours of the original purchase.

Note: Chargebacks initiated via bank or payment provider without prior contact with our support team may result in permanent account suspension.
