miCode Studio License Agreement

1. Overview & Summary

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of miCode Studio (the "Software"), including installer executables, portable standalone packages, associated assets, documentation, and embedded runtimes developed and published by Mante Isaac from miCommunity.

2. Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, miCommunity hereby grants you a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual license to:

• Download, install, launch, and run the Software on any compatible Windows PC, laptop, or supported workstation.
• Make backup copies of installer files (miCode Studio Setup 1.0.7.exe) and portable binaries for archival and offline recovery purposes.
• Deploy the Software across multiple machines within your school, university, company, or home lab without per-seat licensing constraints.

3. Commercial Use Rights & Ownership of Created Work

You retain 100% ownership of all source code, projects, databases, designs, scripts, and compiled artifacts created, edited, formatted, or executed with miCode Studio.

miCommunity makes no claim of ownership, copyright, or licensing over any code written within the editor. You are entirely free to license your projects under proprietary, commercial, MIT, GPL, Apache, or any other license of your choosing.

4. Redistribution & Prohibited Activities

While miCode Studio is freely distributable, the following restrictions protect users and software integrity:

• No Malicious Modification: You may not bundle spyware, adware, malware, or unwanted toolbars with official miCode Studio installers.
• Preserve Trademark & Attribution: You may not remove copyright notices or misrepresent yourself as the original creator of miCode Studio.
• No Paid Re-selling of the Free Editor: You may not charge users solely for the download or distribution of the unmodified binary installer.

5. Third-Party Open Source Components

miCode Studio is built utilizing industry-standard open source libraries. Each component remains subject to its respective open source license:
