1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, funding your wallet, or purchasing virtual phone numbers through miNum ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Description of Service

miNum provides automated temporary virtual phone numbers for receiving SMS online verification (OTP) codes across 70+ countries worldwide. Virtual numbers are provided for online account verification and testing purposes.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use miNum virtual numbers for:

Any illegal activity, fraud, financial scams, or identity theft.
Spamming, harassment, phishing, or sending unauthorized automated messages.
Bypassing lawful security controls or violating third-party platform terms of service.

4. Account Wallet & Deposit Policy

Deposits made into your miNum wallet via MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AT Money, or Card options are maintained in Ghana Cedi (GHS) and available for immediate virtual number activations.

5. Limitation of Liability

miNum is not liable for account suspensions, blockages, or third-party platform actions taken on accounts verified using temporary virtual numbers. Virtual numbers are provided "as-is".
