When you purchase a virtual phone number, our platform holds the order for 15 minutes to receive incoming SMS verification codes. If no SMS code arrives within 15 minutes, the order is automatically cancelled, and 100% of the cost is instantly refunded back into your miNum wallet balance.
If you decide not to use an active pending virtual number before receiving an SMS code, you can click the "Cancel & Refund" button on your dashboard feed. The cost of the number will be credited back to your wallet immediately.
Once an SMS verification code has been successfully received and displayed on your feed, the order is deemed fulfilled and non-refundable. You may request additional SMS codes for active numbers at any time during the active window.
If a Hubtel MoMo or Paystack top-up is debited from your Mobile Money account but does not immediately reflect in your wallet balance, our auto-verification system reconciles it automatically upon return.
